They are very helpful and very professional the time lines are a bit slow but very understandable given how busy they are and if they give you a date or a time they stick to it no excuses, they are also very thorough and at the end of the day you get what you pay for they where most certainly the best out of all the companies I spoke too

We are super impressed with the service from start to finish. The consultant Louis were friendly and patiently explained all questions we had. The team that did the installation were professional and arrived on the promised date (rare in SA). Andre Groenewald double checked that we were happy and satisfied and even made a follow up visit to make sure all our expectations were met. And honestly, the product exceeded all our expectations by far. Even in a more rainy and cloudy December than usual the solar system worked perfectly. Load shedding worries together with steep electricity increases are a thing of the past. Will definitely recommend Alumo Energy to everyone. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Our system was installed by Alumo Energy within 1 day, a day earlier than anticipated and is working very well. Alumo Energy has excellent knowledge of the products that they provide, and their installation process and team are both excellent. This starts (after a professional marketing and contractual part of the transaction) with clear communication on what will be done by whom and when. They provide information on everybody that will be working on tour site. After installation, clear training is provided of how the system works. Alumo Energy is clearly a professional group of people that offers a professional service.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. This team is really outstanding. The installation was not as smooth as expected but the team diligently troubleshooted all issues. They focused on quality instead of rushing to their next job. It is really difficult to find trustworthy Solar installers in Jhb but these guys are top notch and come highly recommended

We received a prompt response on our request for a quote. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. From the time we decided to install the system, until the installation, was less than 2 weeks.
The staff who did the installation, was extremely friendly and courteous. The site was left in perfectly clean condition.

House Scheepers installed 16 x 405W modules at their residence with a battery back up capacity of 5.7kW. House Scheepers is fortunate enough to push back any additional produced electricity to the grid as their independent metering company has installed a bi-directional meter.
House Starke has a 3-phase power supply to the household. Client decided on our T10 system with 4 x 2.89kW batteries as back-up. The installation took place on a lovely double story house where we calculated the optimal placement for 28 x 405W Trina Mono-Crystalline half-cut panels. Providing the residence with a total PV Solar array of 11.34kW.
House Nicholls requested a solar site assessment to reduce electricity costs. Upon the initial inspection, Alumo discovered that there would not be any available roof space for the roof-mount solar. Solec offered a carport solution instead as an alternative, a carport was erected using the P.V modules as a rooftop. 16 x 405W Modules were used providing a solar PV array of 6.48kW.
